After decades of guiding clients and building relationships across multiple industries, real estate became the natural next step for Marty. He thrives in roles where he can genuinely serve others and make a meaningful impact, and few moments are more meaningful than buying or selling a home.
Although new to his real estate career, Marty carries an impressive background that gives him an edge in today’s market. For more than fifteen years he worked in custom glass, designing everything from luxury bathrooms and wine closets to railings and specialty installations. His eye for design and knowledge of construction bring a unique advantage to buyers and sellers, allowing him to recognize quality, understand craftsmanship, and offer insights that go far beyond the surface. He has also worked as both a finance and sales manager, mastering the art of negotiation and client care.
Marty is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for Lee BIA Builders Care, where he helps provide free emergency home repairs for low income elderly or handicapped homeowners. His involvement with the Lee Building Industry Association and Business Networking International keeps him deeply connected to the community and well informed about market trends, upcoming projects, and local development.
A longtime resident of Southwest Florida, Marty knows Cape Coral and Fort Myers better than most. For nearly a decade he scheduled estimators and installers and managed projects throughout Lee County, giving him a detailed understanding of the neighborhoods, lifestyle, and unique considerations of living in this coastal region. He loves everything that makes this area special: the beaches, the food, the live music, and the sunrise and sunset moments that remind him why people choose to call this place home.
Marty’s approach with both buyers and sellers begins with trust. He listens closely, communicates clearly, and treats every decision with the same care he would give his own family. He is driven, determined, and committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience from the first conversation to the closing table. Outside of real estate, Marty enjoys grilling, cooking, traveling, and exploring local restaurants and beaches with his family. He is a fan of football and baseball and loves volunteering through Lee Builders Care. At home he and his wife Lisa are kept entertained by their two dogs, Maggie, a calm and loving Yellow Lab, and Rosie, an energetic and unforgettable English Bulldog.
