About Frank Carranza

Frank Carranza III is a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals through honesty, knowledge, and exceptional service. His interest in real estate began more than two decades ago, initially as a way to build an investment portfolio. Over the years, that passion evolved into helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions while creating relationships that often turn into lifelong friendships.  

Originally licensed in Pennsylvania for several years before becoming licensed in Florida in late 2025, Frank brings a wealth of real world experience from a variety of industries. His background includes insurance, residential construction, electrical work, landscaping, and pest control, along with owning and operating multiple businesses. This diverse experience allows him to provide clients with practical insights, trusted resources, and a well rounded perspective throughout every transaction.  

Having called Southwest Florida home for more than 14 years, Frank appreciates everything the area has to offer, from its beautiful beaches and relaxed lifestyle to its continued growth and opportunity. Rather than focusing on a specific property type, Frank focuses on what matters most: understanding his clients’ unique needs and finding the home that best fits their lifestyle and goals. He believes homes sell themselves, but finding the right home requires an agent who truly listens.

When he’s not serving clients, Frank enjoys building projects from the ground up, playing competitive pool in multiple local leagues, and spending time with his family, who remain his greatest motivation.
