Cindy Fonseca is a bilingual real estate professional serving Cape Coral and the greater Southwest Florida community. Licensed since 2021, Cindy focuses on helping clients navigate new construction, family homes, and real estate investment opportunities.

Inspired by her father to pursue a career in real estate, Cindy developed an early appreciation for the relationships and opportunities that come with helping people buy and sell property. Her background in customer service has shaped her client-first approach, while her ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish allows her to better serve Southwest Florida’s diverse and growing community.

As a Cape Coral resident herself, Cindy values the quiet, welcoming lifestyle that makes Southwest Florida such a desirable place to call home. She brings a determined, persistent, and attentive approach to her work and believes in remaining calm, resourceful, and focused when challenges arise during a transaction.

For Cindy, real estate is about more than getting to the closing table.
